Privacy policy

This page explains how data from our contact form and games is handled, which services process it, and how long it is retained.

Summary

The contact form is intended for project enquiries. Games may collect your name, email, and Instagram handle for prize administration. Submitted details are validated on the server, protected with abuse checks, and stored securely. The form should not be used to send payment card details, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information.

What we collect

If you use the contact form or participate in a game, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, Instagram handle, and any message you submit. Basic technical data such as request timing, IP address, and abuse-prevention signals may also be processed to keep our services available and secure.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to review your enquiry, reply to you, verify game participation, and protect our forms against spam or automated abuse. It is not sold and is not used for unrelated bulk marketing.

How it is handled

Submissions are processed by this website, delivered through Resend email infrastructure, and stored in a secured database. Access to your data is limited to people who need it to review and respond to your message or administer game results.

Retention

If a project does not move forward, enquiry data should generally be deleted within 12 months of the last meaningful contact unless a longer retention period is required for legal, tax, or contractual reasons. Game participation data is retained only as long as needed to administer the contest and announce winners.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@kynoku.com.
